Fix: RPGist Accounts and LFG emails

The accounts creation and password recovery on RPGist Accounts and the RPGist LFG notifications are now back to normal.

I explain the root of the problem on the previous post.

The Amazon AWS SES end up rejecting my submission for using the service on production due to something on their terms of use that I still have to take care of.

Until then the RPGist is using Mailjet to send emails.
